Thai Cooking Workshop Raises Money for Scad
St Andrew's Church, Skipton, Missions Group put on a fun cooking workshop evening and raised money for a good cause. Expert Thai cook, Ros Morgan, prepared and made vegetable spring rolls and then the budding chefs had a go themselves! The spring rolls were enjoyed with sweet chilli and plum sauce. Then it was on to Coconut Chicken Curry with sticky rice accompanied by hot jasmine tea. You can see some of the participants watching Ros at work. £100 was raised for local charity Scad.
