Police seek lorry driver who drove off after crash on outskirts of Skipton
POLICE are hunting the driver of a wagon who crashed into a car, shunting it onto the roundabout on Keighley Road at Snaygill, and driving off.
A North Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said the driver of the lorry, which had a white cab and white trailer, failed to stop after the accident, which happened at about 1.20pm today.
The women driver of the red VW Polo was not seriously hurt when her car was hit as she travelled in the direction of Keighley. The lorry was heading towards Skipton.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Skipton Road Police by telephoning 101.
