Counting is underway at Skipton Town Hall for Craven District Council elections. The average turnout across all wards was 41 per cent. The highest turnout was in the Grassington ward, where 50 per cent voted. The lowest was Skipton South, with only 30 per cent. 11 of the 30 seats on the council are being contested. Counting for the Police and Crime Commissioner election will start after the council count.
