A STONE bridge on a narrow country road between Bank Newton and Gargrave which was recently damaged is due to be repaired by North Yorkshire Council in the coming days.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Council said work to repair the bridge had started but had been abandoned due to bad weather. Work was now scheduled to be completed next week.
