THE newly appointed operations manager at The Coniston Hotel Country Estate and Spa says he is sure 'no two days will ever be the same'.
Jordan Gray will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the hotel and estate, which includes conference facilities, and a clay-pigeon shoot, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and managing budgets of the various departments within the business.
Nick Bannister, managing director of The Coniston, said: “We are so thrilled to welcome Jordan into such a key position within our independently owned family business. His wide-ranging experience and attention to detail, coupled with his instinctive, exemplary customer service, make him a valuable addition to The Coniston family”.
Jordan, formerly of No 1 Guest House, York, and Pearly Cow, York, said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team and championing the many facets of this premium property. I look forward to operating across the differing and varied arms of the business, no two day will ever be the same I’m sure."
Before he worked in York, Jordan was for several years, guest relation manager at The Angel at Hetton, a Michelin starred pub with rooms, under the direction of chef patron, Michael Wignall.
